The Detailed Home is owned and operated by Claire Rinck. I started the company in 2022 as a way to help families have more time together creating memories. The greatest feeling to me is when someone is impressed and relieved once their home is sparkling again. My attention to detail is unmatched and I strive to clean your home better than my own. I pride myself in being trustworthy, punctual and thorough.
The Detailed Home, LLC is registered, insured and bonded. I originally only served the Lake Norman area to include Terrell, Sherrills Ford, Denver, Mooresville, Cornelius, and Huntersville. However, I'm now expanding to the greater Charlotte area. Depending on your location there may be a travel and/or parking fee included in your cleaning.

I offer residential and short term rental cleanings. Flexible scheduling to suit your needs to include one time, move in/out or recurring cleanings at your desired frequency. Most clients book on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, but can accommodate other schedules as well. Cleanings can be fully customized, but I do offer "Basic" or "Deep Cleans" and add on service options. Please see services and price list for more details.
Currently serving the entire Lake Norman, North Carolina area to include; Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Denver, Terrell, Sherril's Ford and Mooresville. I will travel to the Charlotte area, but there will be a travel and/or parking fee included in your cleaning fee. Recurring slots are limited, but I'm always happy to add you to my waitlist!
